What is the history of scissor manufacturers
Scissors are double-edged tools used to cut sheet or linear objects such as cloth, paper, steel plates, ropes, and round steel. The two blades are interlocked and can be opened or closed.

The early existing physical scissors in China were discovered in Luoyang. This pair of scissors unearthed from an ancient tomb in the Western Han Dynasty is over 2100 years old.
This rusty Western Han bronze scissors are about 20 centimeters long and have a different appearance from modern scissors. It has no shaft eye or support shaft in the middle, only two ends of an iron bar are hammered into a blade shape and sharpened into sharp edges, and then the iron bar is bent into an "S" shape so that the blades at both ends correspond.
- This way, the scissors will naturally open when not in use; When in use, people can cut off what needs to be cut by pressing the blades at both ends. As soon as I let go, the scissors returned to their original state thanks to the elasticity of wrought iron, just like how modern people use tweezers.
Modern scissors have made significant improvements in shape, material, craftsmanship, quality, variety, and functionality compared to ancient scissors. But from the existing relics, it can be seen that the scissors used by people in the Song Dynasty were generally close to the modern appearance.
- The Luoyang Ancient Tomb Museum also has a pair of scissors unearthed from a tomb in the fifth year of Xining in the Northern Song Dynasty (1072 AD), which looks very similar to modern scissors. This indicates that the scissors model in China has been in use for at least 1000 years now.
